1. 13 Reasons Why. It's my favorite book and I could read it over and over again. I'd be okay with reading it again.

Gone But Never Forgotten

Twenty years from now, these are the qualities I want to remember about myself:

1. True friends will always be there no matter what. I've had fights with my best friends but they're still always there for me.
2. My family will always have my back, no matter what kind of situation I'm in.
3. Other people may not like the music I listen to but I think it's great.
4. Value all of your free time and use it for things you love.
5. Always follow your dreams.
6. Don't back up too fast because you might go in the ditch.
7. Spending time with your family and friends can just about fix everything.
8. Don't give in to what other people think is right. Just because they think it's right doesn't mean it is or at least not right for you.
9. Forgive people for doing something wrong because everyone makes mistakes. You don't want to lose friends just because they made one small mistake.
10. Keep watching zombie movies because one day the apocalypse will happen and you'll be prepared for that.
11. Becoming a vet will help you tremendously.
12. Do not have kids until you're out of college. Don't start a family until you're ready to take care of someone else.
13. Only get married if you're for sure you're with the right person.
14. I am always right. Even when I'm not right, I'm still RIGHT.
15. Just because someone thinks a certain way about me doesn't mean they're right.
16. Always try your hardest and don't give up.
17. Don't dwell on the past because it has already happened and there's nothing you can do to change it.
18. Movies can give you some of the best quotes and even if people get annoyed, keep using them.
19. Everything happens for a reason.
20. Don't buy a house until you're completely ready for it.

Synetics

1.Which is wiser? a pen or pencil?
A pencil is wiser because it can erase it's mistakes. Pen marks are hard to get rid of and they are pretty final.
2.Which is easier to forgive? a street or a sidewalk?
A sidewalk is easier to forgive because it is safer. The streets can be a very dangerous place.
3.Which is like a contest? a cloud or a sunset?
A sunset is more like a contest because it has a beginning and an end. A cloud can be there all day and night and never actually end.
4.Which is more fearful? new or old?
New is more fearful because you don't know what's going to happen. The old has already happened and you can forget about it.
5.Which is like a promise? Mathematics or science?
Mathematics is more like a promise because there's almost an equation for everything. Science isn't always proven.
6.Which is more difficult? a dream or a nightmare?
A dream is more difficult because you can dream for something for a long time. A nightmare is for just one night.
7.Which is like a legend? A mirror or glass?
A mirror is more like a legend because it shows you and it can show everything you've been through. You can see right through glass though.
8.Which is more suspenseful? rain or snow?
Rain is more suspenseful because it can come and go at unknown times. The snow will eventually melt.
9.Which is sadder? seek or find?
Find can be sadder because what you find may not actually be what you want and once you find it, the drive is gone. The seek can be sad but not as sad as the find.
10.Which costs more? a home or a house?
A house costs more because its a place you buy to live in. A home can be anywhere. It doesn't have to be in the house you bought. It can be anywhere that you're with your family.

Valuable Lessons

1.) Never lie to your parents- Even if you think they won't find out they will ALWAYS find out. You're parents are usually a lot smarter than you think and they know what's best for you, most of the time.
2. ) Forgive- Things will happen and you'll get disappointed, whether its with others or yourself you should always forgive. That will make your life so much easier.
3.) Try not to judge people- You shouldn't judge a person just because of the way they look, you don't know what they've had to do or what they've been through in their life. They could be one of the nicest people you will meet.
4.) How to type- Typing has helped me out in a lot of situations, like this one, where I have to type a blog for my English class. If I didn't know how to type this would be a lot harder.
5.) Stand up for yourself- There will always be someone who is mean to. Don't let them get to you and stand up for yourself or else it might not ever get better.
6.) Be careful what you say- You don't know if the words you say to someone will be your last so make them count. Don't ever say something you'll regret because if you're going to regret it then it's not worth saying.
7.) Make great friends that are like family to you- Everyone needs someone that they can share almost everything with. Make great friends that will stick by your side no matter what.
8.) Leave the past behind- You shouldn't dwell in the past because what's happened has already happened and there's nothing you can do to change it.
9.) How to drive- If I didn't know how to drive I wouldn't be able to get certain places and that's not what I'm about.
10.) How to read- If I didn't know how to read I wouldn't be able to pass my classes. Then I wouldn't get into college and I wouldn't get a good job. If I don't have a good job that means less money and less money means less food. Less food means death. I owe my life to being able to read.
